Lindsay Robinson became a nurse midwife in 2012 and worked in a hospital practice setting for the first four years of her career. While at Kent General Hospital, she caught over 200 babies, placing each one into the loving arms of their mamas. She was drawn to work at The Birth Center because she is passionate about natural birth, holistic care, empowering women, and forming strong relationships with women and their families.
After having two of her own babies in a birth center and all three into the caring hands of midwives, Lindsay knew she wanted to provide holistic and nurturing healthcare to women. She has worked in women’s healthcare for 10 years, both as a nurse and midwife. She holds a B.A. in Spanish from Middlebury College, a Master of Public Health from Tulane University, completed her nursing, midwifery and nurse practitioner studies at the University of Pennsylvania, and is an active member of the American College of Nurse Midwives.
Lindsay lives in Middletown, DE with her husband and three children. She loves traveling, hiking, skiing, and spending time with family and good friends.
