Charlotte,RN will guide you through a 1-hour prenatal yoga class designed to keep you and baby safe as you develop strength, stability, and flexibility in body and mind. She uses the tools of pranayama, strengthening asanas, and calming meditation to make your pregnancy a more comfortable journey and to help you prepare physically and mentally for the day you welcome your little one.
