Pregnancy is a time of embracing expansion, deepening connection with the body, and of basking in the miracles of being alive and creating life. What an opportune time to develop or deepen your yoga and meditation practice!
Julie will guide you through a 1-hour yoga class designed to keep you and baby safe as you develop strength, stability, and flexibility in body and mind. She uses the tools of pranayama, strengthening asanas, and calming meditation to make your pregnancy a more comfortable journey and to help you prepare physically and mentally for the day you welcome your little one.
You must register by noon on the day of the yoga session. Please check Facebook for any potential cancelations. All registered individuals are contacted directly if there is a cancelation. Passes can be used for any date.
