Postnatal yoga is designed with the new mom in mind.
The class, offered by Charlotte Kelly, BSN, RN, RPYT, CHBE, focuses on strengthening the body and pelvic floor in a supportive environment where moms are welcomed and nurtured. Join us for postnatal yoga designed to address the areas of your body that have been challenged by your pregnancy and delivery.
Mamas may join this class after their 6-week postpartum checkup.
What can you expect?

– a practice that helps calm your mind
-low intensity to address your postpartum body and weaknesses after giving birth (hello core muscles)
