Newborn Sleep Workshop
During the first 3-months of life your baby is going through some big changes! This class taught in person gives you some tools for your toolbox, and a space to learn the fundamentals of early sleep development. It covers a wide range of topics that are conducive to all families, and provides a chance to talk with our resident sleep specialist, Dr Corrine Sleep (Ph.D. Sleep and Development).
This workshop is ideal for expecting parents or those with a 0-3 month old. Spouses and Partners are encouraged to attend.
Studies show that educating parents early can lead to better sleep patterns by 6-months – so consider it an investment for your little ones future!
The Newborn Sleep Workshop will be taught Live by Dr. Corrine Seeley Ph.D, Pediatric Sleep Specialist
Corrine has her Ph.D. in Sleep Neuroscience from Queen’s University (Kingston, Canada) and has spent over 15 years teaching and researching Sleep and Development. When she started a family in 2015 she quickly realized the need for sleep education in her community and left academia to create her first workshop – and the rest was history! Since then she has helped hundreds of families navigate the world of infant sleep. She is a firm believer that early education and support can help foster happy, healthy sleepers for many years to come, and is passionate about making it more widespread and accessible to families. With Corrine, there is no one-size-fits all approach to sleep – everyone has their own unique sleep story and she is here to help you find it.
Corrine is a proud Canadian. She relocated to Delaware in 2020 and loves raising her children on the East Coast USA.
