An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating until December 31, 2020
MamaBaby Boot Camp is an eclectic mash-up of yoga meets resistance training meets cardio workout, designed with the new mom in mind. The class, offered by Physical Therapy for Women, focuses on restoration of the pelvic floor and abdominal challenges in a supportive environment where moms and babies are welcomed and nurtured. Bring your baby and get a sweat on while being led through a safe and effective exercise program designed to address the areas of your body that have been challenged by your pregnancy and delivery.
Mamas may join this class after their 6-week postpartum checkup and continue until baby becomes mobile.
$15 drop-in rate. No preregistration required.
