Childbirth Refresher is taught on zoom by one of our registered nurses. The class is recommended for all expectant parents who have completed the childbirth full series with a previous pregnancy and need to Brush up on the physiology of birth and relaxation techniques.

This class also has online material that will need to be done prior to your zoom class. The material is a review of the stages of labor and how mom may feel during each stage.

Our zoom class includes: processing past birth experiences and accepting that each birth is different and unique. There will also be a labor rehearsal where you and your partner will practice relaxation, deep breathing, and supportive positioning in the birth rooms. You can become familiar with the tub, the stools, and the birth balls with a review on how each can help you cope with labor.
