Childbirth Refresher: A Comprehensive Zoom Class for Expectant Parents Our registered nurses will teach you the Childbirth Refresher class on Zoom.

We strongly recommend this class to all expectant parents who have completed the childbirth full series in the past and are looking to refresh their knowledge on birth physiology and relaxation techniques. Before attending the Zoom class, you will need to complete online material that covers the stages of labor and the physical and emotional changes that occur during each stage.

In the Zoom class, we’ll discuss previous birth experiences and emphasize that each birth is unique. We’ll also guide you through labor rehearsal, where you’ll practice relaxation, deep breathing, and supportive positioning in the birth room. Additionally, we will provide a review of how the tub, stools, and birth balls can be used to manage labor effectively.
