Childbirth Education for Planned Hospital Birth: A Comprehensive Series Course for Expecting Parents 

This course is 3 in-person classes within three weeks.

Join our course for a complete review of the labor-birth process, relaxation and breathing techniques, and optimal positions for labor, even with IV and continuous monitoring. Our expert instructors will also guide you on navigating the hospital system.

The course is designed to equip you with essential skills for caring for your newborn, including swaddling, diapering, bathing, dressing, nail care, comforting a crying baby, and ensuring safety.

Please wear comfortable “workout” clothes for the in-person class and complete the pre-recorded online material before attending the first class. The course is a three-part series, with the classes covering Perinatal Education, and focusing on caring for your newborn. This course is a three part series,

• The first and second class is held in-person from 6pm – 8pm. In the classes we will cover perinatal education including Preparation and Postpartum.
• The third class is held is held in-person from 6pm-8pm. In this class we will cover caring for your newborn.

September 16th, 6-8 pm: Caring for Your Newborn ( IN PERSON)
