By attending these classes, you’ll learn how to massage your baby effectively, which can promote relaxation and sleep. Empower parents with techniques to help soothe colic or fussiness and relieve discomfort of gas and constipation. Help both parent and baby relax and sleep better.

Develop Mindfulness and Meditation Skills

Infant massage classes can also provide you with a deeper understanding of mindfulness and meditation techniques. These skills can help you remain calm and present in your daily life.   Help parents establish a routine for bonding with their baby that supports emotional wellbeing of both the baby and parent.
