Whether you are newly dairy-free or you are an elimination diet pro, always ready with a dairy-free recipe or swap, the “Surviving and Thriving while Nursing a Baby with Food Allergies” workshop will benefit you.

As a mom, you’re a superhero, period (even though it may not feel like that sometimes…). So why just get by surviving this new way of life – why not embrace it and thrive?!

Join me to connect with other moms and to learn about and discuss…

  • The basics of food allergies and intolerances; what pediatricians may not be telling you
  • How to manage your babies allergies, WITHOUT sacrificing your breastfeeding relationship, your diet, or your sanity!
  • The importance of mindset when making a change to your diet
  • Challenges and struggles you will encounter and how to handle them

Healthy Priorities, Happy Families

Healthy Priorities, Happy Families is a highly interactive workshop designed for busy moms who find themselves tending to everyone else’s needs without prioritizing their own. Women can often feel guilty or selfish about carving out time and resources for themselves, resulting in continually unmet goals around health, career, relationships, and other important arenas of holistic self-care. Using a mix of guided reflection, awareness-building, and practical strategies, participants in this workshop will:

  • Gain a fresh and inspired perspective on what healthy priorities look like.
  • Explore, in a safe and supportive community of women, the impact of exquisite self-care not only on yourself, but also on all those people and causes to which you are committed.
  • Identify personal well-being needs that are not currently fulfilled.
  • Translate intention into strategic action to step up personal self-care in a way that is gentle and sustainable.
