We asked a mama a question about her experience at The Birth Center when she had her children…
“What do you think about when you think of The Birth Center?”
“Community, that was my community.”
The Birth Center isn’t just a place to get prenatal care or have your baby. It is also a non-judgemental, supportive, and caring environment where you can learn how to transition into your role as a mama, take care of yourself, take care of your baby, and do it alongside other mamas with little ones of a similar age.
It is a group where you can build lifelong friendships, create mama friends, navigate the tough days, and celebrate the milestones.
Our groups provide an opportunity to spend quality time with like-minded mamas and discuss and learn about topics specific to the first year of motherhood. Groups are always free, drop-in, and open to everyone, whether you delivered at TBC or somewhere else!
