Most of us want to take steps towards living our best life, but the truth is that it can be hard to do alone. We need support! We need some help to get started! That is where health coaching can help.
What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a collaborative process that assists you in creating strategies for behavior change in order for you to live a more fulfilling life.
What can you expect from a health coaching session?
In our initial session, I will help you to tap into your inner wisdom to identify your vision for living your best life. We will work together to create long and short term goals to help move you towards realizing your vision. Follow up sessions focus on supporting you as you turn your goals into action steps.
