Prenatal Yoga

Yoga in pregnancy helps ease the aches and pains of pregnancy and stabilize mood.  Learn safe postures and stretching that will help increase the strength and flexibility that contribute to a safe and successful natural birth experience.

No previous yoga experience needed – led by Rachel Domenick, RYT

Sundays 1pm-2pm, 3rd floor of The Birth Center

4 classes for $60 (can be redeemed at Gymboree or The Birth Center yoga classes)
