MaMa Baby Boot Camp
Join Anne Duch, physical therapist and certified women’s health specialist, for a fun and effective postpartum workout series. Class will incorporate cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and focused abdominal and pelvic floor activities while using knowledge of postpartum mechanics to do so safely.
Monday Mornings 11am- 12pm at Tulaa Yoga Studio
*For Mama and baby 6 weeks to pre-crawling. Mamas with mobile babies who have childcare options are encouraged to join us!
