Take the opportunity in the early months of pregnancy to optimize your health, comfort and wellness. Good nutrition, exercise and self-care during pregnancy are shown to decrease complications in pregnancy, labor and birth. This series is recommended for couples up to 28 weeks.

Nutrition in Pregnancy
Taught by Certified Nutritionist and Birth Center mom, Emily Moore, this class focuses on how to feed your body the best fuel possible in pregnancy. This class focuses on avoiding toxins, optimizing nutrient dense snacks and gaining the healthiest amount of weight in pregnancy.
Prenatal Exercise
This class is taught by Anne Duch, a physical therapist who specializes in women’s health. In this prenatal exercise class, Anne teaches good body mechanics, in pregnancy, safe exercise habits and the importance of strengthening the muscles of the abdomen, pelvic floor and back. This is a general overview of the importance of safe exercise in pregnancy.
